About Us
Sparky’s Ice Sculptures creates superior quality ice sculptures for catering companies, convention centers, country clubs, corporate businesses, hotels, individual customers, restaurants and special events. We manufacture each 300 lb block of ice in our studio, utilizing state of the art machines, over a three day period. This slow process creates blocks of ice that are crystal clear and the best ice that the industry has to offer. We also utilize the state of the art carving tools to transform each block of ice into a masterpiece. Our goal is to exceed your expectations in quality sculptures and service. We offer a selection of ice sculptures, table center pieces, ice luges and ice bars. Choose one of our designs or create your own.
Our company was founded by Robert Sparks (Sparky), Certified Executive Pastry Chef, CEPC, and Master Certified Food Executive, MCFE. Sparky won gold medals for his artistic sculptures in the World Culinary Olympics in 2004 & 2008. He has over 20 years of ice carving experience throughout Bosnia, England, Germany, South Korea and the United States.
